Portable tail LED light DL-12-009-06

Description

End-of-train device (ETD, FRED) / Portable tail light DL-12-009-06 is designed for locomotives, DMU, EMU and freight wagons.

Placed in front or rear of the vehicle, it is used as a warning light.

The lamp consists of a body in which all electronic elements and a shield with LED diodes are placed, it is powered by built-in batteries, which should be charged using a charger (DL-12-009-10) which is an additional (optional) accessory.

There is a protected control panel built into the back of the lamp, which contains:

– display informing about the battery charge level,

– diode indicating automatic mode operation,

– charging socket,

– white or red light color selection button,

– button to turn the lamp on and off,

– dusk sensor.

Additionally, the lamp is equipped with a very practical function of automatic activation at dusk.

The lamp can also act as a shield at the end of the train even after unloading due to the fact that the entire lamp (also in the place where the diodes are placed) contains reflective signaling.
