State and departmental awards for our crew
It was a great day for Darpol! During a ceremony at the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship Office in Bydgoszcz, our employees, management, and owners were honored with high state awards.
This is for long years of diligent work, contribution to the development of Polish railways, and building the economic potential of the region and the country.
We are pleased to announce that a large group of Darpol employees have been awarded gold, silver, and bronze Medals for Long Service and diplomas awarded by the President of the Republic of Poland himself “as a reward for exemplary, exceptionally conscientious performance of duties resulting from professional work in the service of the State.”
At the same time, the President of the Republic of Poland awarded Aleksandra Jasińska-Kloska (co-owner of Darpol) the Bronze Cross of Merit. She received this state decoration “for services to the State or its citizens, performing acts that exceed the scope of ordinary duties and bring significant benefits to the State or its citizens” through her contribution to the development of entrepreneurship in Poland. It is worth noting that she is the youngest person to receive such an award!
But that’s not all! For a dessert, our President, Dariusz Jasiński, received the “Merit for Railways” distinction from the Minister of Infrastructure, which is “an honorary distinction awarded to railway employees for special professional achievements and to other individuals for merits or achievements in the development of the railway industry.” This is a wonderful summary of his nearly 40 years of co-creating the Polish railway industry – so significant for both our region and the country.
Thank you for recognizing our efforts and for making us want to do more, more, and better over the next years.
As you can see, at Darpol, we “produce” not only parts for rail vehicles, but also exceptional heroes who, through their work and actions, contribute not only to their own well-being but also to the well-being of their immediate and wider communities – their families, companies, workplaces, city, region, and country!
